Ordering
After you have added an item to your bag, you will be prompted to review your bag. There you may review all items in your bag, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, you will see an authorization, however your account will not be charged until your order actually ships. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
Viewing Orders
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “PROCESSING”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number.
If you do not have an account, please contact our customer care team. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.
Order Cancellation
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. To attempt to cancel your order during processing please use to contact form to email us.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, or the intent to cancel request is not successful, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
