I will read every single email but probably not in a timely fashion so dont worry that I didnt see it!However if months have gone by, I have a very hard time saying no & just thought it better just to not respond.
Reasons I will say no is if you buy most of your layouts, steal them, or if you copy mine or other people's sites. ESPECIALLY the site's of my immediate friends.
So if that applies to you, you need not apply. If you have applied in the past & didnt hear from me it was probably for one of those reasons :)
